I graduated with a degree in Psychology from ISPA, in 2004. Right from the start, I have believed that you can only have a successful career with dedication, rigour, conviction and passion.
After working for three years in Clinical Psychology, where I collaborated with the Dona Estefânia Hospital and in a Social Insertion Income Team, I felt that the time had come to look for a new passion.
In January 2008, I joined SDO Consultoria, initially in the Recruitment and Selection area and, later, in the Human Resources area, maintaining my duties until December 2010. During that period, I have carried out national and international projects in the recruitment area, assessment centres and training, specifically in the development of behavioural skills.
I joined FIND in January 2011 because I believed it would be the right project to complement my professional experience, this time in a very specific, dynamic and, for the same reason, very stimulating market. Five years later, I feel I have grown, both in terms of knowledge of the legal market and client management. But this market will always present new challenges and since I believe that FIND truly helps law firms and companies to address the challenges and that we can and should continue to learn throughout our lives, more targets have been established. With the same rigour, dedication and passion, I am at FIND to contribute to its continued success.
I am married, I have two boys, I love the light of Lisbon, but I adore photographing new cities!
