As in previous years, FIND will once again be present at Job Shop 2010 organised by Universidade Católica on 24 and 25 November. Job Shop is an excellent opportunity for interaction between final-year law students and their potential recruiters: law firms, companies, consultants, banks and other employers.
For two days, some of the most important figures in the practice of law and the Portuguese business world will discuss issues of particular interest to the future of undergraduates and master's degree students.
The event will be divided into the Recruiting Lounge, round tables and workshops, three areas designed to help the main targets of the Job Shop to think of the most important questions to ask, which may make a difference when they start looking for a job.
FIND will be holding a workshop at 10 a.m. on 25 November, where the subjects for discussion will be applications for internships and summer internships, how to behave in an interview and the importance of follow-up after an interview. Maria Brito Goes, founding partner of FIND, will be the speaker.
The event will close with a session entitled "Finding a Job and Post-graduate Courses". It will take place at 4.30 p.m. on 25 November and will be open to the public.
